Xfinity Gateway Router Address

I've been here awhile

How do I reach the gateway? I've tried 10.0.0.1, 10.0.0.1/admin, but neither are working. My router IP is 10.0.0.1 but I can't access the gateway.

Are you planning to use your own router (with the Rogers Xfinity Gateway in Bridge Mode) AND use the 10.0.0.0/24 address space on your router's internal LAN?  If that is the case, that will cause problems; you cannot use the same IP address space multiple times on a single routing path.  You either need to reconfigure the Xfinity Gateway to use a different address space for its LAN or reconfigure your router so that it uses something other than the 10.0.0.0/24 address space.

Hi G, no, I was planning to only use the Rogers Xfinity Gateway. This used to work literally a couple of months ago and I was able to log in and edit things, renew DHCP leases, set static IP's for devices, configure firewall settings, the works.

You should be able to reach the Gateway's login page at http://10.0.0.1

... that is unless you previously changed the Gateway's IPv4 address in "Gateway > Connection > Local IP Configuration"
