Help, good old NAT problem

Ezioluan
I've been here awhile

So since last Monday, my Xbox X and PlayStation 5 can not play multiplayer, every others type of apps(YouTube, twitch etc) are fine, just can’t play multiplayer, and my Xbox says NAT Type: UnavailableCan't get a Teredo IP address, internet was down since last Thursday (the city doing work and accidently cut off the internet line), it came back yesterday thought it'd fix the problem. Guess not.

So this issue has been solved, turns out the router security level has been changed. Just adding this here so in the future if someone had similar problem, this might be one of the reasons.

Did the modem come back on its own? or did  you restart it?

Might not have re-established things correctly.  Restarting the modem and having it re connect might solve the issues.  As it seems to not be doing a v4 to v6 translation properly.

No, it did not, before we lost internet, my landlord did reset the router(powering it on and off), that didn't fix it. Yesterday, he did the port forwarding thing, he said he put my Xbox in to the port, but can't find the Ps5. But still the same thing. You think he should reset the router(powering it on and off) again ?

Good morning @Ezioluan!

Do you know if your landlord is supplying his own third party router or is he only using our gateway modem directly?
