It has been slightly over 6 months since I was scammed by a fraudster posing as a Rogers mobile agent, who enticed me with a 2 new IPhone 16 Pro Max for renewing my contract. This case is apparently still ongoing but I’m still receiving the inflated phone bills ever month. I’m even having difficulty canceling a phone line and incurring the phone settlement charges. I have called Rogers many, many times and was told a fraud department representative would call back. All I know is that in 1 year and 6 months, this very loyal Rogers customer will take all of his business elsewhere, regretfully, if this ghosting’ continues. I will also dissuade anyone I know from going there.
