I'm loosing access to all services everyday between 11am -1pm, it goes off and on constantly during this time for over a week and its not just me, multiple houses are affected in lower new Brunswick.
Whats going on?

And another day of the same outages every 10 min off and on, off and on. The customer service within this company is horrible. Bot answers for everything, always back to its the customers fault, turn it on or off again. Check the outage map.
Its clear more than the outage map keeps having issues.
You up your prices every year, and we keep paying for it, and at the price it is now, kind of expect a good service, not this disconnect everyday, and bot run customer service.

Wow, that does sound strange! How odd that it's happening at the same time every day and to multiple units in the area. 🤔
By any chance, have you tried getting in touch with our technical support teams direclty, to report the issue? If so, what was their recommendation? If not and the issue still persists, even after rebooting your modem, then please send us a PM @CommunityHelps so we can investigate further.
