Last two years very bad experience I have gone through. Every time called customers service they said ok I have mixed your account and again I got extra bill. Twice I call today but no one listening to me I want cancel my Internet plan. Please cancel my account. Its painful to talk with customer service. Please cancel my account.

No one will contact you via this forum. This forum is a user to user help forum where customers help each other and no personal information is allowed. You will need to send a PM by clicking @CommunityHelps , or contact Rogers in another way per the contact us link at the bottom of almost every Rogers web page.
