How to migrate my email prior to canceling/closing rogers internet account with another family member not living with me?
Does he just phone in with my current email to migrate to his account, and after that process how do I access my email account?

Good day @mfranzen,
Thank you for posting about your situation. We'd be happy to help you shed some light on this process.
Your relative who is on Rogers can certainly take over your email account in order for you to maintain the e-mail address active. This would have to be done before cancelling for obvious reasons.
The process will be seamless for you, once completed. Your email address and password will remain the same.
The account holder of the account taking over your email service will have to reach out to us directly. However, it is not a problem if you don't live in the same hoursehold; you can always call our customer support using a "3-way" so that you are both on the line and that it is completed in a single interaction.
Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any questions!

I migrated my e-mail to my daughter’s Rogers account. How can she verify that it has been done?

Hello, @Robert34.
We're delighted that you joined our Community Forums. Thank you for your query.
To verify if your email has been moved to your daughter's account, she needs to log in to the Rogers Member Centre using her primary email account. Your email address will be listed as on one of the secondary email accounts.
Please let us know if you have further questions.
Cheers,
RogersMoin

Thanks for posting this information. Can a person reach via email or only by phoning the member contact centre?

If i dont have anyone to register my rogers email and cancel the rogers internet is there any option to keep the email and rogers email to forward email to another email? After 25 years of rogers can Rogers help in this matter?

@Scorillo : If you don't have a friend or relative on Rogers, do you use an email client like Outlook or Thunderbird or an app like Mail on a phone/tablet? All your correspondence should be there. Rogers/Yahoo! will not forward any new emails anywhere after cancellation.

Good afternoon @Scorillo!
While I understand you're attached to your email address, it is a part of your paid Rogers Internet subscription. Keeping the email active on an active Rogers Internet account is your only option to maintain it.
